We support cloud environments including AWS and Microsoft Azure and provide guidance on compliance with standards such as ISO/IEC 27001 and the Australian Cyber Security Centre’s Essential Eight framework.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for users over the age of 18 or with parental/guardian consent. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Client Responsibilities
When engaging with TLabs, you agree to:

- Not misuse or attempt to compromise our systems or those of our clients
- Respect intellectual property and confidentiality requirements
5. Booking and Payment
Bookings for services or events must be made through our official channels (website, email, or phone).
Payments are processed securely via Square or other authorised providers.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking services or events.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
For paid training or consultancy services, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events or sessions. If this occurs, we will offer an alternative or full refund.
7. Use of Third-Party Services
To deliver and manage our services, we use trusted third-party tools, including:
- Mailchimp (email subscriptions)
- Square (payments)
- Microsoft 365 (communication)
- AWS (cloud hosting and storage)
- Social Media Platforms (engagement and communication)
- Google Analytics (traffic and usage data)
- Rank Math (search engine optimisation)
By using our services, you acknowledge that these third parties may collect or process your information under their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided by TLabs, including training materials, presentations, documentation, and website content, is the intellectual property of TLabs or its licensors and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we take every reasonable step to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of our services, TLabs is not liable for:
- Losses incurred due to decisions made based on our advice
- System disruptions caused by third-party platforms or internet providers
- Security incidents beyond our control
- To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the services or refunding the cost paid.

11. Code of Conduct
Users of our services, including event participants, agree to behave respectfully and responsibly. TLabs reserves the right to remove any participant or user who violates this standard.

13. Governing Law
